To church both. Sang at

Bob Barker came in PM
with family to discuss purchase
nothing definite said.

Raked apples also picked
some off nisibe???? tree.

Mommy made a pie.

Will + family to vacation
up state . They left at
2:30 AM.

Cloudy Rain at noon time

Went fishing with Charlie
in evening at Jones.

Too windy and rough.

Mommy also went.

Picked up Claire in AM
and kids so she could
shop.

Thursday, 8 August 1964

Took Ellen, Glenda + Randy
to Coney Island. They
bowled and spent most of
the time in Steeplechase

Had a wonderful  time.

Had a few cocktails and
a nice tongue supper.

Dolores + kids to World’s Fair

Monday, 3 August 1964

Dolores stopped by to change
dress.

Ellen played the piccolo
with Dad accompanying on
the piano.

(Dolly writes) Dad to church – not Marge
+ me.

Cooked turkey. Good!

Stopped at Claire’s to see
new kitchen paper – very nice.

Then to Dolores for a few
minutes. Bob picked
Marge up there. He
was on special job
in Hempstead.

Went home early.

Will + Dolores went to a
big party the night before.

The dress did not fit.

Was very nice but ate
+ drank too much.
