Dolores + kids to World’s Fair

Dolores stopped by to change
dress.

Ellen played the piccolo
with Dad accompanying on
the piano.

(Dolly writes) Dad to church – not Marge
+ me.

Cooked turkey. Good!

Stopped at Claire’s to see
new kitchen paper – very nice.

Then to Dolores for a few
minutes. Bob picked
Marge up there. He
was on special job
in Hempstead.

Went home early.

Will + Dolores went to a
big party the night before.

The dress did not fit.

with Charlie + Claire.

Was very nice but ate
+ drank too much.

(Dolly writes) Went to Gurnsey’s for lunch
Then to Montauk Point. On
way back met Lincoln +
Florence Haslip in store
with their 2 children. They
came back to Amagansett
with us. Had a nice time
reminiscing.
